Somehow, Easter is less than a week away, if you can believe it. (And for the second time in recent memory, my birthday falls on Good Friday, what are the odds?!) Today I’m sharing a round up of my favorite Easter breads and side dishes. I have classics that my grandma used to make like bacon and cheese bread and pigu, as well as Greek, Italian and Polish Easter breads. Then, we have the all-import Easter side dishes – salads, potatoes, a couple of casseroles… They all go wonderfully with ham or lamb, which are the highlights of our Easter dinner.
