Plant Based Eating - Woooo whooo!
It can be yummy - promise! There are some may compelling benefits to eating a plant based, whole food diet. It is my mission to find ways to make this a way of life that is fun to cook and as tasty as can be. While the transition to eating plant based/vegetarian (not Vegan necessarily) can be difficult for some and overwhelming to start, if you just take some small steps to change the way you cook and eat research shows and I can attest you WILL look & feel amazing, reduce your risks of many mainstream diseases like heart disease and diabetes and increase your life expectancy – in good health!
