Jerking foods are the best, when done right. the sauce is out of this world if done right. Jerk was originated from Jamaica, weather
its Pork, Fish, Chicken, Sausage, Steak, you cant beat the flavour and taste.
Bought those I mentioned in North Carolina from Una's Jamaican.
