Submission in the group

Hi Kathy, thanks for inviting me to the cupcake group. Of course I'm a dessert lover and would love to contribute. But I have to say that I haven't submitted my recipes to any of the groups to which I belong.

This is one area I seem to be clueless in. I'm guessing when a recipe is posted there is some way it can be added to a group, though I'm not sure.

If you or someone else can simply let me know how to submit to a group I would really appreciate it.
