Fish with Thai Green CurryThis was a surprisingly excellent dish. The mixture of green curry, fish, and corn just seemed odd to me, but I had to try it. The result is delicious and a bit different from anything I've had before, The corn blends in wonderfully. We served this over a 50-50 mixture of brown and white jasmine rice. Delicious! |

Shrimp and Tofu with Bok ChoyThis is a tasty, Chinese inspired dish that our family loved. Ladle it over brown or jasmine rice on a cool evening. My recipe has double the tofu of the original recipe, and I will probably use even more tofu, and less shrimp, the next time around. Feel free to adjust the quantity of each based on your tastes. |

Black Bean SalmonThis is a quick, easy to make, and really delicious salmon. If you ordered it at a fancy asian restaurant, you would not be disappointed.. The black bean sauces is rich and more flavorful than most. It goes extremely well with salmon, but you could also try this with other types of fish like sea bass, halibut, or cod. |

Shrimp CreoleThis isn't all that fancy or exotic, but it's a wonderfully rich and fully flavored. If you want greater authenticity, you can substitute butter where I have used olive oil. I love butter, but try to control it for health reasons. It's delicious as I have made it, so no need to add the extra butter in my opinion. |

Shrimp in Green Garlic SauceWow, this is a really powerful and delicious dish. If you are looking for subtle flavors, search elsewhere. But if you're in the mood for a garlicky, "must dip my bread in every last bit of that sauce", type of dish, you cannot beat this. I'll admit our kids are not normal, but all four of them downed these shrimp and were dipping… |

Thai Basil & Curry Shrimp - PattayaThis is a delicious curry flavored shrimp stir fry without a heavy curry sauce. The combination of curry and basil is really delicious. This is normally not served very spicy, but you can spice it up as much as you want. |

Fish with Spice Rub and Lemony RiceThis is an amazingly easy and delicious recipe. The spice rub would be yummy on just about anything I think. I really liked the way the fish cooks by steaming on top of the rice. First, it makes the dish even easier, it saves energy, and it won't heat up your house as much in the summer. More importantly, the fish just melts in… |

Tangy Asian Grilled SalmonThis is another recipe adapted from the Barefoot Contessa. It's super simple and provides a tangy contrast to the sweetness of typical teriyaki sauce. Don't let the Dijon mustard in a supposedly Asian recipe throw you. It's a really nice combination of flavors. We doubled the garlic and reduced the olive oil slightly from the… |

Miso Salmon (Dengaku)This is a wonderful, mildly flavored dish. Japanese food is comfort food for me, and nothing goes down more smoothly than this dish. The sweet and salty miso glaze brings out the best in the salmon without overpowering it. Our kids love it too! |

Salmon Baked in FoilThis is a simple recipe but it is really delicious. What I love about it is that it has enough flavor to make any adult's mouth water, but our kids still say "this is out favorite salmon!" This is flavorful enough to go well with a simple side like brown or white rice, or a simple parmesan and butter pasta. Don't forget to pour… |
