I'm always on the look out for heathier recipes for snack foods which can be prepared ahead of time and easily reheated in the toaster oven. It's hard to get that healthy crunch!

Thanks. I can't believe the number of recipes that you have submitted and the ones I've tried, I and my family have enjoyed them all. I'm a firm believer of food from scratch and also supporter of the micro farmers. I stumbled on the Cook Eat Share site by accident and so far it's been great. As for my own recipes...I don't often measure precisely..it is a bit of 'this and that'. It is a common complaint from my friends who come for dinner and want the recipe.
