About me

I am a horrible cook! The kitchen is my least favorite place in the house. But on the days when my wife is working and I'm home, someone has to cook dinner for the kids and have it ready for when wife comes home. Reluctantly, thats me. This website is my salvation. I'm constantly trying to find something to do with those chicken thighs in the fridge, or the frozen tilapia in the freezer, etc. I am the reluctant chef! But sometimes, against all odds, dinner comes out okay and I get a few compliments from the family. :-)
