Chefs I recommend
- Joe Dale (Atlanta, GA)
- Joe operated his own restaurant for years before pairing up with Fuzzy Cawthon of "Fuzzy's Place" fame. Joe's "Seafood Patsy" is the stuff dreams are made of. "Fuzzy's Place" closed shortly after Fuzzy Cawthon's death. I can still taste Joe Dale's food.

Three Blind Mice

- Relatively new. Wonderfully unique menu that still offers diversity. Have never been disappointed in the quality of the food or the wine recommendation. And, when you decide you have to have a bottle of that wine to take home, you can afford it.
