Hey Shevon, I love it that you "make up" your own recipies. I do that often, sometimes with much success sometimes no so much. Either way I learn something everytime. I'm looking forward to trying your father's birthday cake recipe, that filling sounds absolutely delicious. My grandaughter is getting married early next year and the plan is for a cupcake tower cake...my project. I am thinking of injecting the cupcakes with a variety of flavored fillings. Your may very well be one of them. Hoping we can be friends.
