Thank you guys! It has been 100 degrees and humid as hell here in the Dallas area. Typical Texas summer...makes me miss my home of Oregon! Makes standing over a grill not too fun at all. I did amazing ribs though that my son loved and begged for more. I did them at 300 (couldn't seem to get the egg any lower) for about 3 to 3.5 hours in foil over direct heat ( I figure the foil made them indirect enough) with just Emril's rib rub, then another 15 or so with wet sauce. Fall off the bone perfection they were!
