Lindsay - Thanks for the kind words. I am delighted to hear that the Garlic Herbed Sweet Potato recipe has caught your eye. This is a recipe that I am surprised has not drawn more attention. I just had one cook who followed this recipe for a dinner party for 24 (stuffed roast pork with a port reduction was the entree) and she said that the dish drew raves and her guests were amazed that sweet potatoes could be taken to this level.
