About me

I specialize in preparing, cooking, & catering larger events in generally off site out of place areas. (Train derailments, disaster areas, company picnincs in parks, grilling steak next to cow pastures...you get the idea.) But in the process I have learned that you can come up with quite a few new and unique pairings, or even rejuvenating oldies but goodies by adding a twist to them, if you only think a little around the edges.

I am the primary cook at home for my lovely man Chris and my 3 year old Joey. And I am always on the look out for the new trend to ignite in the food industry. So by putting those items together let my experiments begin...
