Originally from the Philippines, married with two beautiful and sweet stepdaughters. I love cooking and not afraid to experiment in the kitchen. My husband told me that I'm an alchemist when it comes to food. I am unpredictable when I prepare meals for my family. I am a foodist and thankfully, I am also a long distance runner.

Being a vegetarian Filipino is unheard of because Philippines is a meat-oriented country. I just became a vegetarian on 12.20.09 so, I'm learning how to cook dishes with meat substitutes.
