I've worked mainly as a pastry chef and chef, most of my adult life, before meeting my Italian husband whom was a former chef and restaurant manager. What a pair we make. We returned to his home in the Italian alps of Piedmont, where we opened our small family inn, offering home cooked, grown, sourced and organic, when possible, food, that is made with love and served family style. We also offer northern Italian cookery classes, wine tastings, and local short break culinary tours. We are chefs who love guests and sharing our passion for real food, alpine organic gardening, and mountains that take your breath away.
