Staying in close contact with "The Sweetest Craft of the world" has always been one of my strongest passions, before becoming part of me and my primary job.
This activity is not only "job" but is mostly an art where you bring all our imagination to transform quality raw materials, assemble tastes, create new delights for the palate. And I must say that it is very satisfactory ...
