About me

Marg grew up in a family of cooks; her Mom, several uncles, her paternal grandfather, maternal grandmother, many cousins and more. Probably because of that influence she has had an interest in food and cooking for years.

One of the things Marg loves to do most is to create recipes. This seems to be a natural ability for her. She can take most recipes, adapt, change, and adjust them and come up with new and interesting ones. Marg can also start from scratch and create recipes and does so on a regular basis.

This is probably the reason she has written three cookbooks, two of which have become best-sellers. Unfortunately, Marg had a serious bout with illness in the late 1990's and let her cookbooks go out of print as she could not do anything to work with them. However, she's back to creating recipes now and currently has several cookbooks on Kindle. To see her cookbooks there, just go to
