Cooking Influences

There are x ladies in my life who have inspired my cooking;
*Kitty Shen - She loved making great dishes for Thanksgiving and the holidays as well as the occasion barbeque our families would have in Winnetka.
*Denise Handley - When I was growing up and spending time with her kids, I was always amazed with the spread she would cook for dinner. And her kids would still request Cheese-to-Please pizza.
*Trish Early - She is my mother and of course she taught me how to be in the kitchen and how to get things started. Even to this day, I will call her up and ask about a recipe or a baking method and confide in family recipes.
