Bean and Bacon SoupThis is an excellent soup. I used lima beans because that is what I had on hand, but any white bean would work just as well. I also used my electric pressure cooker to cook it in. This appliance is one of my favorite cooking tools. |

Chicken and Rice SoupI bought myself an electric pressure cooker and love using it to make soups. By adjusting it to different settings I am able to make a great pot of soup in 1/4 the time of a crockpot. This is one I put together yesterday. |
