Cooking Influences
I strive to fuel my body with healthy food that I can also enjoy. I am intrigued with transforming conventional "comfort foods" into healthy, body enriching meals. I see food not as an emotional crutch, or something that keeps my body alive, but as a craft. I am influenced by combining unlikely ingredients, experimenting with spices and flavors and giving my body both what it needs as well as what it wants.
