hi jayne,

i'm a mum with 2 young kids (age 3 & 6) who are intolerant to wheat, dairy and eggs, living in asia, constantly struggling and cracking my head with ideas to cook, and bake for my kids. I look fwd to learn from u. thanks!

Jayne: I'm flattered that a chef with 291 recipes logged onto CES would follow me. Thanks. I know several people on a Gluten free diet. In my post about the Garlic Festival and again in my recent pork tenderloin recipe, I use spices/seasonings from Kitchen Kick'n that are gluten free and delicious...take a peek. They're worth ordering. N

Hello Jayne...nice meeting someone new...especially with your specialization.
I may not be celiac...however, I do have a very noticable intolerance to gluten.
Lately, I just had a chance to share an upside down fig cake made solely with Sweet Sorghum flour. I would love to have your opinion on it.
I will be giving a very careful look at your recipes so that I can gain better knowledge.
