About me

I grew up in Tokyo, eating Japanese home cooking. Recently moved to US, I was shocked a lot of people think sushi (and that in US style) is the main part of Japanese cooking.
Well it's not, at all. I'll share my simple home cooking recipes.

Also, I'll share some tea dessert recipes as tea is one of my passion.

Cooking Influences

Japanese home cooking. Mostly Tokyo style with some north influence where my parents are from.

I incorporate a bit of Chinese cooking ideas from my better half.
