I adapted this recipe from the Barefoot Contessa and served it for Thanksgiving. It was a beautiful sunset on a beach near Santa Barbara, and these were the perfect accompaniment! They are salty, sweet and a tiny bit sour. They were great with cheese and crackers...and might have been even better with chips and guacamole! Not sureā€¦
