Holiday Cranberry Cheese PieThis has become a family favorite for holidays. I found it in a Taste of Home cookbook. I have changed the recipe to be more diabetic friendly. The original recipe calls for sugar in both layers and I use Splenda in place of sugar and for the jello I use sugar free gelatin. But use sugar if you like. |

Stuffed Pepper SoupWe love this soup served with a little grated white cheddar on top and some good crusty bread! Even my 6yr old loves this soup, he likes to scoop it with tortilla chips. Using frozen peppers speeds up time prep time. This tastes even better the next day. |

Penne Alfredo with Italian Sausage and ZucchiniI had this dish at a local diner and loved it. So I recreated it at home it's an easy tasty dish. It looks like you spent a lot of time making it and it comes together so easily.
