I consider myself a health food and lifestyle enthusiast. For the past ten years I have been pursuing the optimal diet, and what I have found is that there truly isn't a one-size fits all diet to live by. However, the one true constant in all healthy diets is healthy, fresh, minimally processed ingredients. I enjoy creating all types of unique dishes made from healthy ingredients. Many of my fresh food meals are raw vegan, but not all! Some of my best recipes are raw dessert recipes, and my one-pan hot meals.
