The nuwave cooks THE most delicious roast pork. Using the extender, put vegies in a plastic bag with a little olive oil and seasonings of your choice.Place in pan. Place on low position. Place pork, crackling up, on rack above vegies and cook on high. Just check not too much moisture or fat comes from pork. Empty if necessary. When pork is cooked, place in foil. Remove extender and brown off vegies (they should be cooked). Turn over to brown other side. Only takes about 10-15mins, while pork rests.
