About me
I grew up in Kurashiki City. My grandparents had rice and vegetables, the table there was always homemade rice and fresh vegetables. Thanks to that or anything like (!?), food in general (and especially sweet ♪ I love.)
I am an occupational therapist at the hospital. It is interested though I am not good at cooking.
Cooking Influences
* Sushi and sushi rolls made by my grandmother (a specialty of Okayama): She always makes it at the event. Because the outside is tight, and the center is soft, this rolled sushi is delicious. I want to come to be able to make the rolled sushi well. Like my grandmother….
* japanese-style confection: My mother is a teacher of the tea ceremony. Therefore, I have a lot of chances to eat the japanese- style confection.Because I amuse externals only not delicious, it loves.
* Uncle's cheese: I was not good at the cheese in childhood. However, the cheese gotten from the uncle came to like it because it was very delicious (The uncle obtained the cheese directly from France, and had put it out to the shop).
