Third youngest in a family of 11. Started to cook by cleaning peeling coring cutting anything and everything as soon as I could reach the sink. When dad say this he built me a mobile step stool so I could work on the stove. Took chefs training in high school
Did my apprenticeship at Sault College, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Worked in a family run Greek restaurant then went to work for Westin Hotels in Ottawa and Toronto. Presently working Sodexo Canada for over twenty years as a corperate chef.
While working for Sodexo Canada I had the chance to meet and work with Chef
Micheal Smith and Chef Davjd Wolfman.
