About me

My cooking/baking efforts are limited by the diets of the men in my life. My husband has ulcerative colitis and is sensitive to too much fiber and acid, so he has to avoid certain whole grains, nuts and seeds, tomatoes and pineapples, and any thing that's too fibrous. My son has multiple food allergies: wheat, dairy, egg, beef, sesame and possibly soy. In spite of that, I attempt to make meals and treats that are at once quick, easy, cheap and healthy. No easy feat!
