Chef Jack Gilmore (Austin, TX)

Chef Gilmore is the Co-Owner, Executive Chef for Jack Allen's Kitchen. Chef Gilmore believes in using only locally sourced ingrediants, since they are the freshet and most tasty. No preservatives, no additives, no nothing but natural. He uses southwest spices to bring each dish to life. His dishes excite the palate but are never "too hot" (is there such a thing?) and they are never bland or ordinary.
