zip sauce Recipe
steak sauce made famous in Detroit. Not the original recipe but good neverless
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup vegtable oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup magi
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon worchester sauce
Directions
- put together ingredients
- use half of sauce for 4 steaks and put them in zip lock bags
- marinate over night or 4 to 6 hours
- heat a little more sauce if you want to pour over the coked steaks do not boil as the sauce becomes very salty.
