White Chocolate Peanut Butter Krispies

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of Peanut Butter
  • 2 Cups of Rice Krispies
  • 2 - 12oz Bags of White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup of Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 Cup Peanuts (optional - I omitted them and just used crunchy peanut butter)

White Chocolate Peanut Butter Krispies

Time: 10 minutes prep, 2 hours cook
Servings: 30
 

Directions

  1. Combine the peanut butter and white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowel
  2. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute then stir. Microwave for 30 second increments until completely melted
  3. In a separate bowel combine the rice krispies and marshmallows
  4. Combine the white chocolate/peanut butter mixture with the rice krispies and marshmallow until everything is coated
  5. On wax paper, drop the mixture by tablespoons
  6. Let dry for 2 hours
  7. Enjoy!
