Two Weeks Yeast Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 c. Gold Medal whole wheat blend flour
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 c. veg. oil
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 c. buttermilk

Two Weeks Yeast Biscuits

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients well. Add in yeast to water and mix till dissolved. Add in yeast mix to oil and buttermilk. Pour into dry ingredients and mix well. Cover in airtight dish. Chill.
  2. This will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. When ready to bake, healthy pinch off sufficient for a biscuit and drop onto cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
