Two Layered Finger Jello

Use your favorite flavors, and play with the colors too. Could be so much fun for a party.

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon Jello
  • 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. any flavored Jello
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 boiling water
  • 1 pkg. Knox gelatin dissolved in 1/2 c. cool water
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. Combine the flavored Jello and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Add in boiling water and mix till dissolved.
  3. Add in gelatin that has been softened in cool water and add in to flavored Jello.
  4. Add in softened ice cream and mix until blended.
  5. Pour Jello mix into 8 inch square pan or Tupperware.
  6. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.
