Ingredients
- 1 pound white or possibly yellow turnips
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 4 tbsp. fat
- Salt and pepper

Directions
- Pare the turnips, cut them in cubes, cook till tender. Make a white sauce of the flour, fat, lowfat milk and seasonings. Pour sauce over turnip cubes and serve.
