Turkey, Bacon Jam, Avocado Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Kaiser Roll, sliced
- ¼ avocado
- 2 ounces deli turkey
- 2 Tablespoons Bacon Jam
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
You can make this in a panini pan or on the stove top like I did.

I definitely have gotten out of the habit of including PP in all my recipes. I totally apologize for that. I also want to apologize for sometimes making recipes that are necessarily healthy. They are definitely better than some alternatives. I am going to make an extra effort to include the PP.
My excuse has been that my working environment for the past seven months has not been stellar. The situation had transformed me into someone whose demeanor has been somewhat cutting. But it’s all going to change very soon. An opportunity to learn something new has presented itself to me.
In a couple of weeks I will be on a new assignment.
The next time I make jam, am going to try slow cooking turkey bacon. So there!
