Tourist Trap Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa
  • 3/4 Cup Butter, softened
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Small Bag Walnut Pieces
  • 1 Bag Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Tourist Trap Fudge

Time: 20 minutes prep
Servings: 24
 

Directions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Melt bag of Chocolate Chips.
  3. Fold melted chocolate chips into mixture.
  4. Line a baking pan in aluminum foil and coat the sides with butter.
  5. Pour mixture into pan and smooth level.
  6. Refrigerate for about 4 hours until set and firm.
  7. Cut into chunks and enjoy!

DJ and I have been together for over 5 years. For most of the 5 years, she has been working on perfecting one of my guilty pleasures...Fudge. It is one of the things we look for when we travel to tourist-y places. With this recipe, I think she's hit it. Pretty simple and basic...but SOOO good!
