The Pucker Up Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup salt
• Zest of one lemon
• To Make the Cocktail:
• 6 frozen raspberries
• 1 oz limoncello, chilled
• .5 oz simple syrup (equal amounts sugar and water heated until the sugar dissolves and then chilled before use)
• 1.5 oz vodka, preferably lemon, chilled
• Club soda, chilled
• Lemon slices for garnish
