Sweet Peach Olive Oil Cake Recipe

• 1 1/2 cups extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 3 large eggs
• 2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
