Sweet Peach Olive Oil Cake Recipe

  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Sweetened whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, for serving
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350°. Line a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and coat with vegetable oil spray.
