Swedish Meatballs In Crockpot

Ingredients

  • 2 pound hamburger
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 sm. diced onion
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • Lowfat milk
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt, pepper, garlic
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Servings: 8
 

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Form small meatballs. Bake on 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 min. I use a rack on a cookie sheet. Drain off grease.Put meat balls into slow cooker. Add in 2 cans cream of mushroom soup thinned with one can lowfat milk. Heat thoroughly. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
