  • 1/2 cup of Butter
  • 1/3 cup of Parmasan Cheese
  • 1 pkg of 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup of Milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic Powder
  • Pepper (to your liking)

Directions

  1. 1) melt the butter
  2. 2) add cream cheese (it is best to use a whisk and cut the cream cheese into 6 smaller pieces to facilitate the melting)
  3. 3) once butter & cream cheese are melted start adding the milk, parmasan cheese, garlic powder & pepper
  4. Once mixed well, take sauce off the burner & set aside stirring every few moments allowing sauce to thicken.
  5. It is best to make the sauce after the rest of the meal is done as this takes less then 5 minutes to prepare.
