Happy Valentine's Day~

Kids will fall in love with these neon pink, strawberry and chocolate chip pancakes! These yummy pancakes would also be great served for a birthday breakfast or even served on Mother's Day:)

Heat griddle to 375, lightly grease with oil.

In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.

In a medium bowl beat eggs, 2/3 cup strawberry yogurt, water and oil, with wire whisk until blended.

Pour egg mixture into flour mixture. Add few drops of neon pink gel food coloring.

Stir until moistened.

Scoop batter using a large tablespoon and pour onto griddle. With the back of the spoon, spread into a circle. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips. Cook a few minutes or until edges begin to brown and bubbles appear on top. Flip over and cook until golden brown.

Serve with sliced fresh strawberries, strawberry yogurt and maple syrup.
