Ingredients

  • 2 lb round steak
  • 1/2 x clove garlic
  •     flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 x onion minced
  • 1 c. tomato sauce
  • 1 c. beer

Directions

  1. Rub steak on both sides with garlic. Cut into serving portions, and dredge with flour. Heat oil in a skillet, and brown steaks on both sides. Season meat with salt and pepper, and place in crock pot. Saute/fry onions in skillet and pour over meat, along with tomato sauce and beer. Cover and cook at low for 6 to 8 hrs.
