Ingredients
- 2 Cups boiled and drained chickpeas or 2 canned chickpeas drained
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4th handful each of Arugula and baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup freshly grated carrot
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
- salt and white pepper powder to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup sweet fresh pomegranate seeds
- Dry roasted pumpkin seeds or pine nuts for crunch(optional)

Time: 10 minutes prep, 5 minutes cook

- In a large bowl,Put the chickpeas,and then add all the other ingredients to it.
- You can add the dry roasted nuts or seeds if you wish for some crunch.
