Ingredients

  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • a quarter of a spanish onion (about 1/4 finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • pepperoncini's about 12 to 14 of them
  • juice of one lime

Directions

  1. Chop tomatoes, garlic, onion, peppers finely and place them in a bowl. Next add in the black beans, lime juice salt and pepper and cilantro. Mix real well, let stand in the fridge for at least one hour before serving. The longer you let the flavors meld together the better!
