SPAGHETTI WITH VEGGIES

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg. spaghetti
  • 1/4 c. of cooking oil
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, julienne
  • 1 small cabbage, julienne
  • 2 medium green capsicums, julienne
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsps. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. MSG
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 chicken cube
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. ketchup

SPAGHETTI WITH VEGGIES

Time: 10 minutes prep, 30 minutes cook
Servings: 5
 

Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti as per package directions. Rinse and set aside.
  2. Brown onions in hot oil.
  3. Add vegetables. Season with soy sauce, salt, MSG, black pepper, chili powder, chicken cube and sugar.
  4. Saute for 5 minutes. Add water, continue simmering until done.
  5. Stir in ketchup and simmer for 1 minute.
  6. Mix gently the spaghetti and sauce for 1 minute in low flame
