Ingredients
- 1/2 kg. spaghetti
- 1/4 c. of cooking oil
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 2 medium carrots, julienne
- 1 small cabbage, julienne
- 2 medium green capsicums, julienne
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsps. salt
- 1/2 tsp. MSG
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 chicken cube
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. ketchup

SPAGHETTI WITH VEGGIES
Time: 10 minutes prep, 30 minutes cook
Servings: 5
Directions
- Cook spaghetti as per package directions. Rinse and set aside.
- Brown onions in hot oil.
- Add vegetables. Season with soy sauce, salt, MSG, black pepper, chili powder, chicken cube and sugar.
- Saute for 5 minutes. Add water, continue simmering until done.
- Stir in ketchup and simmer for 1 minute.
- Mix gently the spaghetti and sauce for 1 minute in low flame
