Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 4 egg yolks or possibly 2 whole egg
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 5 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon vanilla

Soft Cut Out Sugar Cookies With Icing
Servings: 12
Directions
- Cream shortening, add in sugar, add in Large eggs. Add in lowfat sour cream alternately with dry ingredients. Add in vanilla, chill. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness on a floured surface. Cut with cookie cutters in desired shapes. Bake at 350 degrees.
