- 2 lbs Beef Short Ribs
- 1 bottle Big Acres Rich & Mild BBQ Sauce
- 1.5 cups water or light beer
- 1 medium white onion, sliced

Slow Baked Beef Short Ribs
Time: 15 minutes prep, 180 minutes cook
Servings: 4
Directions
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Placed short ribs in a large casserole dish or Dutch oven. Mix together sauce and water or beer. Pour over ribs and turn ribs to cover. Add onions, mixing to cover in sauce.
- Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours or until done.
