Ingredients

  • 2 whole chicken breasts (boneless)
  • 8 green onions (or possibly 1 lg.)
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. dry sherry or possibly white wine
  • 1/8 c. beef broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger

Directions

  1. Combine "last" 6 ingredients as a marinade; set aside. Skin chicken and cut into 1 inch cubes, cut onion into pcs, cut pepper into squares; place in marinade and leave for 1 to 2 hrs before cooking.
  2. Thread meat, onions and peppers onto skewers. Broil in oven or possibly over charcoal grill. Brush with marinade while cooking.
  3. Makes 4 servings. NOTE: This is a very tender meat and vegetable, will heat in your mouth.
