Sesame Baked Chicken Breasts With Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 2 x boneless skinless chicken breasts halved
  • 1/4 c. egg substitute
  • 1 c. sesame seeds
  •     Nonfat cooking spray as needed
  • 1 jar commercial chutney

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic pwdr, and oregano. Roll chicken breasts in this mix. Shake off excess. Mix egg substitute with 2 Tbsp. water. Dip chicken breasts in this mix, then roll in sesame seeds.
  2. Spray a 9- by 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Lay chicken breasts, side by side, in this pan. Spray with cooking spray. Bake 25 min. Place a spoonful of chutney under each chicken breast and serve.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
