  • Chicken breast 180gr
  • Fresh cream 150gr
  • Fennel boiled and mashed 80gr
  • Almonds powder 30gr
  • Crispy leeks 15gr
  • Olive oil 100gr
  • Salt and pepper Taste
  • Butter 50gr
  • Thyme, chopped Taste
  • Garlic, chopped Taste
  • Onions, chopped

Time: 25 minutes prep, 15 minutes cook

Directions

  1. Place the olive oil, the onions. Sauté for few minutes add the chicken, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the fresh cream the almond powder and complete the cooking
  3. Serve with mashed fennel and crispy leeks.
